ART PARTY DISCOTHEQUE
CALL FOR SMALL ART DONATIONS

The Delaware Contemporary is seeking small art donations to be featured in our annual Art Party fundraiser to be part of an Art Pull at this event. This exclusive opportunity is available to ArtSource members only and is a great opportunity for collectors and art enthusiasts to potentially own your work. Join the emerging, established, and community artists supporting The Delaware Contemporary! 

The Criteria:

• Artists must be members of our ArtSource artist registry.

• Each donation must be no larger than 6x6 inches.

• Artwork must be 2-dimensional and ready to hang.

• Artists may enter works in any medium. Works on paper must be mounted or framed.

• There is no limit to the number of works an artist may enter.

• All entries that meet the specifications will be accepted, however The Delaware Contemporary reserves the right to jury-out work.

The Perks:

• Guests at the event have the potential to own your work. Attendees can purchase tickets to pull a small art piece from the wall. Each art piece will be covered so it will be a surprise which work they receive when they pull!

• Artists who donate small artwork may enjoy 10% off their tickets to Art Party.

• Artist names will be listed as contributors to the Mystery Small Art Pull at the event. This is a great opportunity to gain visibility and be a supporting artist for The Delaware Contemporary.

• Canvases and supplies are available for pick-up at The Delaware Contemporary during open hours: Wednesdays from 4 - 8PM; Thursdays from 12 - 5pm; Saturdays & Sundays, 10:30AM - 5 PM.

Artwork entry deadline: March 22, 2026

Please complete and submit an entry form for each artwork. 

Artwork can be dropped off at the museum for Morgan Hamilton, Gretchen Hupfel Curator of Contemporary Art; or Kasia Bunofsky, Assistant Curator
