The West Street Art Festival will feature indoor and outdoor activities such as an interactive mural, screen printing, mask-making, and a blow-up obstacle course, plus performance entertainment and food trucks. In conjunction with Peace Week Delaware, this event is expected to attract a diverse group of area residents and families.
